WELCOME
Facing our challenges in life is not easy and you have already taking a very brave step by beginning to seek help. We can believe that talking about our suffering might make it worse or that it is too frightening to face. Sharing our experience allows some movement and freedom. We will gently build trust and connection and I will hold you firmly through this journey of discovery and reconnection through a combination of talking, sensing and working with the body through mindfulness based therapeutic counselling which can help you feel whole again.

I am a qualified integrative therapist and mindfulness teacher in Redland, Bristol. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore life’s challenges, helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves and each other.
Through mindful, embodied work, we transform emotional, mental, and physical struggles into healing, clarity, and freedom. Together, we focus on your unique experience in the present moment, guiding you toward deeper connection, balance, and wellbeing.
