I volunteered at Bristol Wellbeing Therapies for 2 years counselling people with Depression, Anxiety and Trauma.
I have been working with individuals, groups, families and children based in schools, children centres and homes to improve social and emotional wellbeing and mental wellness since 2002.

I have worked with refugees and immigrants in Central Bristol coaching them into volunteer placements within schools and children centres.

I offer 1:1 mindfulness sessions to individuals.
I have facilitated over a variety of 20 Mindfulness courses, 30+ workshops, and led 2 conferences offering 1 key note speech on mindfulness and the brain.

I run regular day retreats for my mindfulness students.

As Director and co-founder and volunteer at the Mindful Parenting & Community Project I work to bring Mindfulness courses to groups of vulnerable families, schools and educational settings.
I welcome people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups, LGBTQ and people with some mobility issues. I do not yet have disabled access but am working on it.
Qualifications
I have Diploma in Professional Counselling with University of West England which is accredited by BACP and level 1 Mindfulness Teaching qualifications with Bangor University.
